Don’t Miss the legendary CVC Sunset Boat Cruise

The CVC Sunset Boat Cruise is open to all conference pass holders, so if you’ve purchased a conference pass you will be able to board the boat cruise.

Boat Cruise Logistics: After the conference agenda finishes, attendees will be transported from the conference venue in Rotkreuz to the boat cruise docks in Zug. Private shuttle buses will be provided starting 18:15 from Rotkreuz, or if attendees wish to come to the boat docks on their own, they can follow the directions provided here.

Important note: the boats will be leaving the dock promptly at 19:00. It is not possible to get on the boats once they leave the dock. The boats will cruise until 21:00 and will return to the docks where passangers will be dropped off.

What’s included in my conference pass?

If you’ve purchased a conference pass, you will be able to attend all conference sessions & the Boat Cruise with your pass. You will also able to enjoy complimentary breakfast pastries, coffee, soft drinks throughout the day, as well as a full service lunch - free of charge.

How can I join the Boat Cruise?

The Boat Cruise is open to all conference pass holders, so if you’ve purchased a conference pass you will be able to attend the boat cruise. Important to note: we will be providing transportation from the conference venue in Rotkreuz to the boat cruise docks in Zug. Buses will leave starting 18:15 and you must board the buses, otherwise you’re responsible to get to the boat cruise docks on your own.

Can I store my luggage at the conference venue?

Yes, we have dedicated coat rooms available so you can leave your belongings in the coat check throughout the day. Important note: you will need to pick up your luggage before you head to the Boat Cruise. The coat check closes at 18:30 and we’re not able to store your luggage or belongings after 18:30 or overnight.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Conference passes are non-refundable, however they can be transferred to another person with at least a 24 hour notice before the conference start time.

Do you offer student passes?

Yes, we offer complimentary passes for approved, full-time student (not permanently employed or a founder), you can apply for a student pass here.

Do I need to secure a visa to attend?

If you’re traveling from outside of Europe, it’s important to check Switzerland’s VISA requirements for your country. You can do so here. If you require an official invitation letters for this event, reach out via our contact form.
